Genting Joins $2.2B Venture To Build Korean Casino Resort

Law360, Washington (February 7, 2014, 6:02 PM EST) -- A subsidiary of Malaysian conglomerate Genting Group has agreed to an estimated $2.2 billion joint venture deal with Chinese property developer Landing International Development Ltd. to build an integrated casino-resort in South Korea, the companies announced Friday.
