9th Circ. Asked To Revive $19M Coca-Cola Pay Stub Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (February 10, 2014, 9:34 PM EST) -- The plaintiff in a $19 million putative class action alleging a Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. unit inaccurately itemized pay stubs urged the Ninth Circuit to revive his suit Monday, saying a lower court erred in nixing the suit on grounds that reading the stubs accurately only required “simple math.”
