Fla. Wrong To Approve Barrel Race Gambling, Court Says

Law360, New York (February 7, 2014, 6:27 PM EST) -- A Florida appeals court on Friday said state regulators violated state policies when they authorized gambling at racetracks on a rodeo-style event known as barrel racing, affirming an administrative ruling finding the sport doesn't qualify as horse racing.
