Syracuse, Insurer Settle Over Coverage For Sex Abuse Probe

Law360, New York (February 10, 2014, 4:03 PM EST) -- After losing an appeal, National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh, Pa., has decided to settle with Syracuse University over coverage of subpoena-related costs in government investigations of child molestation allegations against former basketball coach Bernie Fine, according to a Friday letter.
