Justices Urged To Take Up KBR Electrocuted-Soldier Case

Law360, New York (February 11, 2014, 6:06 PM EST) -- A contractor trade group urged the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday to protect KBR Inc. from a wrongful death suit brought by the family of a soldier who was electrocuted in Iraq, saying the plaintiffs' arguments would allow an end run around sovereign immunity.
