Law360, New York (February 11, 2014, 5:50 PM EST) -- A California state judge has tossed a suit accusing an affiliate of resort developer Intrawest of misleading prospective purchasers of condominiums at a multimillion-dollar project in Napa, Calif., in one of the first cases of its kind to go to trial in California, Intrawest's attorneys said Tuesday.
Superior Court Judge Kirk Nakamura entered the judgment on Feb. 4 that was made public Tuesday.
