Marriott Faces 1 Less Claim In Miami Beach Hotel Spat

Law360, New York (February 12, 2014, 6:41 PM EST) -- A New York judge on Tuesday dismissed another claim from a contract-breach suit alleging Marriott International Inc. mismanaged boutique hotel Eden Roc in Miami Beach, Fla., finding that in the absence of a fiduciary relationship, one can't bring a cause of action for an accounting.
