Lester Schwab Inks Lease At Savanna's Wall Street Building

Law360, New York (February 13, 2014, 3:53 PM EST) -- Lester Schwab Katz & Dwyer LLP will be relocating its New York City headquarters from Broadway to Wall Street, after inking a lease with New York-based real estate private equity firm Savanna for about 40,000 square feet of office space, according to a Thursday statement.

After nearly 35 years on Broadway, the law firm will move to floors 26 and 27 of 100 Wall Street. The 10-year lease for 39,293 square feet of office space will cost Lester Schwab slightly more than $40 per square foot,...
