Contractor Can't Dodge Boeing's Airport Construction Suit

Law360, New York (February 14, 2014, 1:52 PM EST) -- A Northern Mariana Islands federal judge on Friday refused to toss a suit filed by The Boeing Co. alleging subcontractor Leo A Daly Company made critical errors in its design and construction of new buildings at the islands’ biggest airport, finding Boeing’s claims were plausible.
