NY Judge Wants Defamation Case Against Daily News Revived

Law360, New York (February 18, 2014, 8:40 PM EST) -- A New York judge on Tuesday asked a state appeals court to revive his $10 million defamation lawsuit against the New York Daily News and a former columnist over articles he says portrayed him as corrupt, claiming the writer knew he was publishing false information.
