Law360, New York (February 18, 2014, 7:07 PM EST) -- The U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation on Tuesday agreed to consolidate at least two putative class actions against the makers of AZEK cellular PVC decking materials, choosing New Jersey as the venue for claims that consumers were misled about the product’s durability.
