Luxury Hotel Workers Sue Starwood For Unpaid Wages

Law360, Los Angeles (February 19, 2014, 3:22 PM EST) -- Employees of the W Hollywood Hotel in Los Angeles filed a putative class action against Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. and Sheraton Operating Co. on Friday, alleging the defendants stiffed them on overtime and meal and rest breaks.
