Michael Jordan's 7th Circ. Win Puts Image Fight Back In Play

Law360, New York (February 20, 2014, 7:02 PM EST) -- The Seventh Circuit on Wednesday gave basketball legend Michael Jordan an assist in his $5 million lawsuit against supermarket chain Jewel Food Stores Inc., reversing a lower court decision allowing the company to use Jordan's likeness in a magazine advertisement.
