10th Circ. Won't Revive Ex-UPS Driver's Retaliation Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (February 19, 2014, 5:55 PM EST) -- The Tenth Circuit on Wednesday refused to revive a United Parcel Service Inc. package car driver's suit alleging retaliation after he was injured on the job, deciding that any improper motive in the plaintiff's termination was mitigated by a grievance panel's independent review.
