NY Appeals Court OKs License For Union Square Restaurant

Law360, New York (February 20, 2014, 2:26 PM EST) -- A New York state appellate court on Thursday gave its blessing to the development of a seasonal restaurant in Manhattan's Union Square Park, after denying a request to revoke the project's license on the basis that it's an unlawful use of public space.
