NLRB Blasts Tribe's 6th Circ. Bid To Skirt Casino Order

Law360, New York (February 24, 2014, 12:57 PM EST) -- The National Labor Relations Board on Friday asked the Sixth Circuit to enforce the agency's order against a Native American tribe that bans union activities at its casino, arguing that the tribe has wrongfully claimed that the casino is outside the federal agency's jurisdiction.
