Honda Window Defect Plaintiffs Pledge To Renew Cert. Fight

Law360, New York (February 25, 2014, 6:40 PM EST) -- An attorney vowed Tuesday to continue pursuing a proposed class action against American Honda Motor Co. Inc. over an alleged power window defect, saying the plaintiffs can overcome a California federal judge's denial of class certification once they dig up more information about the window parts.
