Calif. Appeals Court Sides With KB In Allstate Repair Row

Law360, New York (February 24, 2014, 5:53 PM EST) -- A California appeals court said Friday that builders must be given notice before repairs are made to a home, reversing a ruling against KB Home Greater Los Angeles Inc. in its battle against Allstate Insurance Co. over repair costs.
