Churchill Downs Sues Casino Exec For Gambling Deal Flop

Law360, New York (February 26, 2014, 5:08 PM EST) -- Thoroughbred racetrack king Churchill Downs Inc. claims New Jersey casino and hotel executive Nicholas L. Ribis bilked it out of $2.5 million after failing to deliver on a proposed Atlantic City Internet gaming operation, according to a breach of contract suit removed to Kentucky federal court Tuesday.
