NJ Town, Union Get Claims Pared From Defamation Suit

Law360, New York (February 26, 2014, 8:22 PM EST) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Tuesday trimmed claims against Haddonfield, N.J., and a union accused of conspiring to force the shutdown of a construction company by withholding payment for a completed project and starving it of new customers through a defamation campaign.
