Google Must Take Down 'Muslims' Trailer, 9th Circ. Says

Law360, Los Angeles (February 26, 2014, 6:11 PM EST) -- The Ninth Circuit has ordered Google Inc. to remove the polemic trailer for an anti-Islam film from YouTube, ruling that an actress who appeared in it showed she likely had an independent copyright interest in her performance, according to an opinion issued Wednesday.
