BMW Gets Faulty Navigation System Suit Trimmed

Law360, Los Angeles (February 26, 2014, 6:17 PM EST) -- A New Jersey federal judge has tossed part of a putative class action against BMW of North America LLC alleging the company marketed and sold vehicles without telling buyers the navigation systems were faulty and could not be fixed, according to an opinion made public Friday.
