DefensTech Blasts Ex-Exec For Stealing IP, Saudi Contract

Law360, Washington (February 27, 2014, 12:14 PM EST) -- DefensTech International Inc. slammed a former senior executive and his new defense contracting company with an unfair competition and trademark infringement suit in California federal court on Wednesday, claiming they stole a Saudi Arabian ballistic protection products contract from the company.
