Quarles & Brady Escapes Malpractice Suit Over TWA Row

Law360, Los Angeles (February 27, 2014, 6:23 PM EST) -- An Arizona state appeals court ruled Thursday that a suit accusing Quarles & Brady LLP of legal malpractice in its representation of an underfunded Trans World Airlines Inc. pension plan fighting for its survival was barred by the statute of limitations.
