Supreme Court Asks Gov't To Weigh In On Fla.-Ga. Water Feud

Law360, Miami (March 3, 2014, 3:56 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday asked the federal government to weigh in on Florida's suit against its neighbor Georgia over the flow of freshwater in the Apalachicola-Chattahoochee-Flint River Basin.

In a one-line docket order, the nation's highest court asked the U.S. Solicitor General to file a brief in the case expressing the views of the federal government.
