US Says KBR Unit Clearly Played Role In Overbilling Scheme

Law360, Los Angeles (March 4, 2014, 4:21 PM EST) -- The U.S. government on Monday urged an Illinois federal judge not to drop a KBR Inc. affiliate from a False Claims Act suit that accuses the companies of overbilling for soldier housing in Iraq, saying the suit identifies the company’s role in the scheme.
