Ex-Siemens Partner's Contract Fraud Trial Heads To Jury

Law360, New York (March 3, 2014, 7:45 PM EST) -- Attorneys on both sides of the trial of an electrical contractor accused of deceiving officials to win $234 million in public contracts through a joint venture with a Siemens AG unit made their final case to the jury on Monday, painting vastly different pictures of the contractor’s knowledge of the fraud.
