Bankrupt Whistleblower Can't Pursue FCA Suit: Contractor

Law360, New York (March 4, 2014, 12:43 PM EST) -- A U.S. Air Force contractor on Monday urged a Texas federal judge to toss a former employee's qui tam complaint alleging the company cheated the government out of $50 million, saying the relator hid the fact that he was actually bankrupt when he filed the complaint.
