Bass Pro Can't Get EEOC Suit Nixed Over Conciliation

Law360, New York (March 4, 2014, 8:41 PM EST) -- A Texas federal judge on Tuesday rejected Bass Pro Outdoor World LLC's claim that the U.S. Equal Employment Commission had failed to make a good faith attempt to reach a settlement before suing the company for allegedly discriminating against minority applicants and employees.
