Mall Of America Lands Financing For $300M Expansion

Law360, New York (March 4, 2014, 5:22 PM EST) -- The Mall of America said Tuesday that it has secured financing for its planned $300 million expansion, allowing the country’s largest indoor shopping mall to start construction on a project that will include a luxury hotel, office tower and additional food and retail space.

Mall of America spokesman Dan Jasper confirmed Tuesday that the mall closed on financing for the expansion. He declined to disclose what entity provided the financing.
