Schumer Wants Army To Speed Renewable Energy Contract

Law360, New York (March 4, 2014, 7:02 PM EST) -- Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., on Tuesday urged the U.S. Army to expedite approval of a recently announced contract for ReEnergy Holdings LLC to produce energy from biomass for the Army’s Fort Drum installation for the next 20 years.
