Dish, ESPN Drop $5M Fee Bids In Licensing Dispute

Law360, New York (March 5, 2014, 12:13 PM EST) -- Dish Network LLC and ESPN Inc. on Tuesday dropped their individual bids for nearly $5 million in attorneys' fees stemming from a jury verdict in New York federal court finding that the sports network breached a licensing agreement by offering Dish competitors better rates for its programming.
