Law360, Chicago (March 7, 2014, 6:35 PM EST) -- Plaintiffs urged an Illinois federal judge on Friday to certify a class of potentially millions of consumers allegedly targeted in a massive unsolicited robocall campaign by Caribbean Cruise Line Inc. and others, but the judge said he would need more evidence before making his decision.
