Recent Developments Could Shape Internet Gaming Future

Law360, New York (March 10, 2014, 2:45 PM EDT) -- Several new developments in early 2014 demonstrate the increasingly rapid growth of Internet gaming nationwide.[1] Notably, Nevada and Delaware entered into the first multistate Internet gaming agreement on Feb. 24, 2014, which may have a meaningful impact on states contemplating participation in the Internet gaming marketplace as well as the future of federal legislative action.
