Loew's Theatre Nonprofit Sues Jersey City For Lease Breach

Law360, New York (March 10, 2014, 7:58 PM EDT) -- Jersey City, N.J., was hit with a suit in state court Friday that accuses the mayor of violating the terms of a lease by trying to oust a nonprofit as manager of the Landmark Loew’s Jersey Theatre in favor of an outside management firm.
