NSA Nominee Says Agency Is Too Reliant On Contractors

Law360, Washington (March 11, 2014, 3:29 PM EDT) -- The nominated National Security Agency and U.S. Cyber Command chief told the Senate Armed Services Committee during his confirmation hearing Tuesday that the agencies have too many contractors in core positions when it should rely on military and government personnel.
