Paulson & Co. Pays $260M To Snap Up Puerto Rico Resorts

Law360, New York (March 11, 2014, 11:24 AM EDT) -- New York-based investment firm Paulson & Co. Inc. has nabbed a majority interest in two oceanfront resorts in Puerto Rico for $260 million, marking a new partnership with the Puerto Rico-focused hotel owner and operator International Hospitality Enterprises, according to a Monday statement.
