Pa. Casino Loses Appeal Over Untimely Filing In RE Sale Case

Law360, Los Angeles (March 12, 2014, 7:57 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Superior Court on Tuesday rejected the operators of Presque Isle Downs casino’s appeal in a case over property sold to Greater Erie Industrial Development Corp., ruling Presque did not respond to a court order in time.
