CBS, Talent Agent Settle 'Hawaii Five-O' Royalties Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (March 12, 2014, 9:19 PM EDT) -- An attorney for CBS Corp. told a California judge on Wednesday that the company had reached a settlement in a suit accusing it of not paying millions of dollars in royalties from the “Hawaii Five-O” reboot to the agent who allegedly represented the franchise's creator.
