Fla. Class Looks To Block Off Wal-Mart Prepaid Phone Deal

Law360, New York (March 13, 2014, 4:04 PM EDT) -- A class of Florida consumers who were ready to settle with Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and TracFone Wireless Inc. over the companies' alleged false advertising of prepaid phone services urged a federal judge Thursday to deny three California proposed classes from intervening in the suit.
