Cisco Investigating Possible FCPA Violations In Russia

Law360, Los Angeles (March 13, 2014, 9:52 PM EDT) -- Networking equipment giant Cisco Systems Inc. is conducting an investigation into allegations of possible bribery-related violations at its operations in Russia and surrounding countries in response to a request by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and U.S. Department of Justice, according to a regulatory filing.
