Developer Exits $1.6B Revitalization Project In Mass. City

Law360, New York (March 14, 2014, 8:51 PM EDT) -- The lead developer of a $1.6 billion downtown redevelopment in Quincy, Mass., has pulled out of the project, on Thursday informing Mayor Thomas P. Koch that escalating construction costs and prohibitive terms of its contract with the city have indefinitely stalled the project.
