Consumer Suit Claims GM Hid Defect In Recalled Cars

Law360, Los Angeles (March 14, 2014, 8:09 PM EDT) -- General Motors LLC was hit by a proposed class action Friday in Texas federal court by consumers who say the car manufacturer concealed a defect that caused its vehicles to have a sudden engine power loss, which came to light after the company recalled 1.4 million vehicles.
