Wireless Tech Cos. Dodge Suit Over Faulty Ethernet Cable

Law360, Chicago (March 17, 2014, 2:13 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Friday tossed a proposed class action accusing two wireless technology companies of peddling a shoddy outdoor Ethernet cable, finding that Canada-based Tasion Communications Inc. and the other plaintiffs had failed to give proper notice of the alleged defect before filing suit.
