Law360, New York (March 18, 2014, 9:03 PM EDT) -- A former manager of government contracts for Glenn Defense Marine Asia entered a guilty plea Tuesday for participating in a bribery scheme to overcharge the U.S. Navy for ship and submarine servicing by at least $20 million.
