NJ Court Won't Disturb Princeton's Rail Relocation Plans

Law360, New York (March 18, 2014, 9:14 PM EDT) -- New Jersey’s appellate court on Tuesday cleared the path for Princeton University to repurpose a historic rail station as part of a campus renovation, ruling the state’s Department of Environmental Protection reasonably approved a plan to redirect a local train route to a new station.
