Antitrust Group Backs Cipro Buyers In Pay-For-Delay Row

Law360, New York (March 18, 2014, 8:19 PM EDT) -- The American Antitrust Institute and a group of nearly 50 professors on Tuesday urged California's highest court to revive a pay-for-delay antitrust case over the drug Cipro, arguing that a lower court’s dismissal of the putative class action cannot stand in the wake of a recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling.
