Law360, Los Angeles (March 19, 2014, 8:33 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday granted certification to a class of call center customer service employees in a wage-and-hour lawsuit brought against Bloomberg LP, holding that a class action is a superior method to individually litigating the New York Labor Law claims.
