Calif. Court Revives Casino Co.'s Takeover-Scheme Claims

Law360, San Francisco (March 20, 2014, 4:46 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Wednesday revived Wizard Gaming Inc.'s claims that a former consultant helped the casino operator's former president oust another shareholder and cause $1 million in losses, reversing a trial court's ruling that Wizard's aiding and abetting claims were time-barred.
