2nd Circ. Won't Revive Ex-Theme Park Worker's Bias Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (March 21, 2014, 8:30 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit refused Friday to revive a former Lake Compounce theme park worker's disability bias suit because the plaintiff admitted during a deposition that he resigned from his job and that some of the alleged harassment stopped after he complained.
